Arty Divas - 3 November challenge
Here are my DT Christmas tags for the Arty Divas - 3 November challenge.
For this challenge we were provided the tags to print, so I kept it simple by layering it in red, punching a hole and finishing with gold ribbon. The tags have been slightly decoupaged. So why not during lockdown 2 make your own tags this year. These would look great on kraft, gold, cream, red or green plain wrapping paper.

Not Just Cards - October DT Project - 2021 calendars
Hi all, sharing some of my 2021 calendars which I've created (a little smaller than A6) to go inside my 5 x 5 inch Christmas cards this year - I couldn't resist colourful Gerberas and my favourite pro-markers to colour them in. They are a great project to use those off cuts pieces or card sheets that you think you are not going to use.
Hope you like them.

Trio of Tulips
1) I've used spare white card which was a strip after cutting an 5x5 card from an A4 sheet. Simply cut in in half and trim down to fit an A6 card with white space either side. The trimmed of pieces I've used for the sentiments.
2) Coloured in with promarkers, three tonal colours for each card, the lightest for the background then green for stems.
3) The matt/layers are off cuts from card/paper in stock.
Hope you like them x

Twitt Twoo Owl Card
Using a DL, stamp your sentiment onto the front of the card at the bottom. Stamp the small owl just to the right of the sentiment.
Cut a panel of white stamping card to 8cm x 14cm.
Using the branch stamp position it at the bottom of white panel. Using either an acrylic block or stamping platform pick up the stamp and using black Spectrum Noir ink as this will not bleed when water is applied later.
Take the small owl stamp and position it on an angle on the branch. Repeat the inking process above. Repeat this several times putting the owl at different angles like the picture.
Using either a paint brush or water brush l have used various colours from the Versacraft ink pad range- Lemon yellow, Cerulean Blue, Chery Pink, Brick, Emerald colour in the owls and branch.
Using an ink applicator/dauber and a circular motion take the lemon yellow and apply to the edge of the panel in opposite corners. Repeat with Emerald and overlap to the Lemon to create gradient of colour.
Allow to dry and apply either glue or double sided tape to the back and stick to the front of your card.
Your card is now finished.

Toby the teddybear
Using an A6 lilac card as your base. You need to cut from your stamping card a piece that measures 8x9.5cm.
With either a stamping platform or an acrylic block with Spectrum noir black ink stamp the main teddybear image onto your panel.
For this card l have stamped the sentiment straight onto to the card.
On some spare stamping card stamp 9 flowers.
Using watercolour pencils colour the teddybear. Apply water afterwards very lightly.
Colour in the flowers and bunch of flowers with promarkers. With two different shades. Using one of the colours and a ruler edge the panel.
Apply glue or double sided tape to the teddybear and fix to your card.
Cut out the 9 flowers and glue them to your card. Apply a gem in the centre of each one.
Your card is now finished.
Spring Florals card
Using the Forever Florals main stamp ink with black Versafine and stamp onto the smaller piece to the left hand side. For stamping either use a stamping platform or an acrylic block.
Using Versacraft ink pads - Cerulean Blue, Lemon Yellow, Cherry Pink, Spring Green to colour in as follows.
Take your Cerulean blue and on the larger panel of white card press down and swipe a border around the edge. It only needs to be about 5mm wide so the stamped panel sits on the middle without any white space.
Taking a paint brush or water brush colour in the main stamped image.
Taking the larger solid flower shape ink with Lemon yellow and randomly stamp a couple of times. Repeat using the smaller solid flower stamp and your Cherry Pink ink. Then using the leaf stamp repeat with Spring Green.
On a small piece of stamping card stamp you sentiment and the I have taken the Cerulean ink pad and gone around the edge. Apply glue or double sided tape to the back and fix in place.
Apply glue or double sided tape to the panels and fix them to your card.
Your card is now finished.

Wonderful Wreaths but not as you know them
Using a DL card as you base, proceed to cut from your stamping card the following:
- 1 x 8x15cm panel
- 1 x 8x3cm panel
- 4 x 4x4cm panels
Then using either a stamping platform or an acrylic block with Versafine black ink stamp using the floral half wreath four times around the edge of the largest panel. Reink between each impression.
On some spare stamping card stamp again 5 times. Just the area of the half wreath that shows the one pointy flower you can cut around.
Stamp your sentiment onto the 8x3cm panel. Note with this stamp set I give you options to create your own sentences.
Using peach colour promarkers colour in the flowers. I have used three shades and picked the darkest for the main flower and the any green for the leaves.
Using any black pen and a ruler edge around the larger panel, the four squares and the sentiment.
Apply glue or a foam pad to the back of each flower and pop to one side for now.
Apply double sided tape or glue to all other panels. Fix to your card the sentiment first. The starting at the top fix the first square panel to your card. Overlap the other three squares as you stick them down.
Fix the four flowers in the centre of each square. Fix the fifth in the corner of the sentiment.
Apply a peach or other colour pearl to each of the flower centres.
Your card is now finished.
Blue Tulips Galore
Using an A6 card blank as your base. Cut from your stamping card two panels. One measuring 7.5cm square and the second measuring 5x14cm.
Using the large tulip stamp and either a stamping platform or an acrylic block with Versacraft black ink. Stamp the tulip on the square panel. Using the smaller tulip stamp repeat stamp on the panel.
Colour in using two shades of promarkers (doesn't have to be blue). I have used the darker shade for the background tulips. And then the lighter shade to fill in the background. You don't need to colour the full panel as part will be covered up by the main topper.
Then glue or tape the stamped panels to blue pearlised paper. Cut around to layer them. Repeat with the sentiment.
Using glue or double sided tape fix them to your card.
Your card is now finished.

January Flowers
This lovely 6 x 6 card has been stamped using the Flower 4u stamp set and coloured in with just three promarkers. Then I've stamped three separate flowers and coloured them in before cutting them out along with some coloured leaves. The matt behind is coloured just around the edge with a promarker used in the colouring to keep it all tied in. A lovely fresh card for January - give it a go!
Promarkers were Mango,Tulip Yellow and Lime Green.
